Relativistic regularized kappa distributions

The special relativistic generalization of isotropic regularized kappa distributions is derived and compared to that the original Olbertian (or standard) distributions. It demonstrated for latter, parameter even more strongly limited than in non-relativistic case, while former, all positive values remain possible.
